Ingalls currently has 13 ships under construction with three deliveries planned for the following year. Separately, on September 22, HII announced a 10,000-square-foot expansion of its unmanned-systems production campus in Pocasset, Massachusetts, adding to the existing 40,000-square-foot facility. The expanded capacity will support production of the REMUS family of unmanned underwater vehicles, ROMULUS unmanned surface vessels, and the U.S. Navy's Lionfish vehicle.
