It plans to launch U.S. services in April 2027 after acquiring MSB USA Inc. and its 43 state money-transmitter licenses. OpenPayd partners with Circle and Fireblocks to deliver fiat-stablecoin infrastructure, serving clients like Kraken, B2C2, and OKX.
